Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns & Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. * Hygiene Standard: If an item has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

• Physical Return Required: A refund will only be processed once the item has been returned to us and inspected.

Shipping Costs

• Our Responsibility: If your package is damaged by the post office or there was an error on our part, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you, or offer a special discount code to accommodate the inconvenience.

• Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item because of a change of heart or a sizing issue, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs at the post office.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all items purchased on sale are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any discounted or sale items.
