• Carrier Delays: Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, Crazy Rich Girls is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the post office.

Our Shipping Schedule

• Friday is Shipping Day: To ensure every package is perfect, we ship orders once a week, every Friday morning. * Timing: If you order Friday night or over the weekend, your package will ship the following Friday.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please reach out before Friday morning so we can catch it before it ships!

Returns & Refunds

• The Golden Rule: For hygiene and safety, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Timeline: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with fit or if an item is damaged.

• Final Sale: All sale items are final. We do not offer refunds on discounted treasures!

• Shipping Issues: If the post office damages your packaging, we’ll offer a special discount code to make it right. If you’re returning an item because of a change of heart, you'll just need to cover the return shipping at the post office.
