At Crazy Rich Girlss, we operate on a specific shipping schedule to ensure every package is handled with care. Please review our shipping timelines before placing your order.

Our Shipping Schedule

To keep our operations organized, we ship orders once a week, every Friday morning.

• Cut-off Time: If you place an order after Friday morning (Friday afternoon/night), your package will be processed and sent out the following Friday.Junk cases usually take me about 2 at most 3 weeks to finish since it’s a custom item

• Example: An order placed on a Monday will ship that Friday. An order placed on Friday night will ship the next Friday.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind and desire to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

• Cancellations must be requested before Friday morning. * Once an order has been dropped off at the post office on Friday, we can no longer cancel it.

Tracking & Locating Your Package

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you need help finding your order or have questions about its location:

Shipping Delays

While we guarantee that your order will be dropped off on Friday, we cannot control delays caused by the postal service (weather, holidays, or routing errors). We appreciate your patience

Returns & Refunds

• The Golden Rule: For hygiene and safety, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Timeline: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with fit or if an item is damaged.

• Final Sale: All sale items are final. We do not offer refunds on discounted treasures!

• Shipping Issues: If the post office damages your packaging, we’ll offer a special discount code to make it right. If you’re returning an item because of a change of heart, you'll just need to cover the return shipping at the post office.
